The Customer Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for addressing customer requests, such as processing orders, fulfilling information requests, and providing top notch customer service. They will manage incoming calls and web inquiries, evaluate the client’s professional training needs, and recommend the appropriate courses.
- Assist with high-volume of incoming phone calls, live chats, and web inquiries to assist clients with scheduling requests, placing phone orders, and basic queries.
- Reply in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner to online customer service tickets.
- Guide clients through the sales process, utilizing our CRM to manage follow-up via email and phone.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping efforts to maintain accurate information for our clients and industry partners.
- Support the office as needed with ongoing administrative projects

- Associates or Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service or sales
- Thrives in an "all-hands-on-deck" start-up environment
- Clear and professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and appropriately manage short-term and long-term projects
- Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite; bonus points if experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
